How to Use Results-Oriented Job Evaluation

Job evaluation is usually guided by the human resources department. However, if there is no program from HR, individual managers can apply a rigorous job evaluation analysis of their own to manage their jobs. A manager’s job evaluation can also be used to present recommendations to the HR department to support the establishment of, or changes in, job pay rates.
