About Roger

Roger Plachy specializes in job results management and compensation programs and offers clients more than 25 years' experience as a management consultant.

Before becoming a consultant, Roger was employed in industrial and hospital organizations in human resources management, employee and labor relations, and general management.

For over 25 years Roger has maintained a close partnership with the American Management Association as a course developer, course leader, conference speaker, and author.

He received an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.
